    On aug 18, I ordered a bunch of ******* and **** placemats and various other toys totaling $55.90. On Aug 24, they replied that they didnt have one of the placemats in stock and asked if I would like another mat or product instead. I replied on Aug 25, that I would like another placemat. However, I was charged $51.91 on Aug 25. Whatever not receiving one placemat it is not a big deal; however, I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and it is Oct 2. My order status is still confirmed but in process. I have replied to ************************************ every 2 weeks to ask about the status but have received no reply. Not sure what else to do.

    I have placed an order Josh's Toys and Games online store for $249.99 order number ******** on 4/25/23. It was supposed to be mailed to store within 4-10 business days. I have emailed customer service multiple times about the status of my order without getting a single reply. I have called Nashua, NH store(that's where the items needs to be delivered) and expressed my concern. The staff was very friendly and called/emailed Josh, however the owner if the store has not once called or emailed me. I have not received the item still. I would like to know where my order is. It is a horrible way to run a business. They can't just take your money and ignore any communication. My son still wants his toy, so I would like to receive what I paid for asap. Thank you, ***** ***********

    In August 2022, I contacted Josh’s Toys & Games in order to purchase a gift certificate for in-store use. I was assured that the gift certificate could be used in-store and completed the purchase of a $50 gift certificate. I brought my daughter to the Mall of New Hampshire location on her birthday to spend the gift certificate and was told at that time that they could not process gift certificates purchased online for in-store purchases. I spent 20-minutes working with the kind cashier trying to find a workaround during which time the store’s owner, Josh, was contacted and declined to support in-store use of the gift certificate. A few months passed and I decided to use the gift certificate for an online purchase (order # ********) on 12/4/22 where I bought $65.95 worth of merchandise, using up the gift certificate and paying the difference. The shipping estimate was 4-10 days. I did not receive any updates or the order which included holiday gifts. I contacted the Mall of New Hampshire location by phone on 12/26/22 as there are no phone numbers included on the website. The clerk took my order information and stated they would pass it along to management request follow-up. I did not receive any return contact for several more days and then submitted a contact request on the website explaining my concerns and request. I have received no response or acknowledgment of receipt of my contact concern as of 12/31/22. At this point, I consider this transaction to be fraudulent and want a full of refund of $65.95. I also want to prevent future customers from being defrauded by this business.
