  During the sales presentation, at Path Vacations, the representatives explained how we could book vacations using points and told us about the options and costs for yearly points and how many points could be earned each year. However, they made several false statements about how the points system actually operates. We were told that we could book vacations as long as we had the correct number of points, with no mention of additional fees required for bookings.We were told we could purchase additional points if needed, but no mention was made of mandatory fees beyond the points *************, when we attempted to book trips with more than sufficient points, we discovered that several hundred dollars in additional fees were still required. Then when we questioned this discrepancy, your staff falsely claimed we were "short on points" despite having verified we possessed more than the required amount.This critical information about additional booking fees was deliberately withheld from us when we asked direct questions during the presentation.Ultimately, the sales practices employed by Path Vacations representatives constitute deceptive business practices. We were not provided with accurate, complete information necessary to make an informed purchasing decision. Instead, we were systematically misled about fundamental aspects of the timeshare program. The contract costs us too much money to maintain and costs us much more than we were told prior to agreeing to the contract.

  Sad the timeshare company Path Vacations treats their owners so poorly. They are rude, not informative, and in the end disrespectful.

  Do not buy a timeshare with Steele Hill Resorts. It is a total scam and then they have you for life and then the mess is passed on to your children since it is deeded. They told us how easy it would be to get out of it and sell it and that it would be an investment. I have called several times to sign over the deed with them. We do not want the timeshare and the maintenance fees continue to rise.

  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Mrs. ******’s review. Mrs. ****** purchased her membership on February 2, 2007. Representatives of the contracted management company have been in phone contact with Mrs. ****** once in 2019, once in 2020 and Monday, July 3, 2023 to discuss her concerns regarding removing herself from her membership. The representatives advised Mrs. ****** that as this is owned property, only she can divest herself of her membership and sent Mrs. ****** information on the selling and transferring process. Mrs. ****** holds a Beneficial Interest within a Trust which allows her to utilize her contracted time, not deeded property as stated. Representatives offered to send Mrs. ****** a copy of her Certificate of Beneficial Interest and documentation that covers other concerns mentioned in this review, but she declined. If Mrs. ****** has any further questions, representatives can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:30a to 6:00p at ###-###-####.

  Steele hill resorts is a scam the interest on our loan is unbelievable be paying for years 9000. Loan not going down. The rooms are dirty I have to clean the whole place every time we get to go. Anytime we try to use our points there's never availability. We want out and want this place investigated please help

  So I'm looking all over for resources that say NH has a state law about kids going into a hottub. We were told there is a state law of age 16 at Steele Hill and were told to get out.
