    11/15/2023 Lakeview Marble and Granite was hired by me to provide countertops for a bathroom remodel. Jesse D******* from Lakeview Marble and Granite came out to my house to meet with our contractor. Measurements were taken and soon after 2 employees from said company came to do the installation. Jesse was not there. The install was done incorrectly and there was damage done to the bathroom. I notified Jesse about this and have been given nothing but false promises. The check for $2150 was cashed. He has not come to my house when he said he would. His communication and behavior has been erratic. My bathroom remodel has been on hold for more than a month. Hopeless situation.

    On August 17th 2023 Lakeview marble and Granite countertop was suppose to arrive and install my new kitchen countertops. I was called a little after 9am that day, was told he was on his way. Once 12:00 came, I started calling to find out where they were. ( they are only a few miles away from my house) I called several times that day, left voice message, sent text messages. No call No show. Finally the next day I got a hold of someone, they said again he would be right over. I started calling back after lunch, no call back. Finally at 3:45 they showed up. I took the 17th off, and my husband took the 18th off for no reason. They put the counter top in the day of 8/18th. On Saturday 8/19 when I arrived back home, I noticed the seam was not correct. You could not run your hand over the counter without it cutting you. I called back on Monday, I was told again someone would come out to fix it. A week went by, I called again. They showed up and fixed it, the next day it was pulled apart from the seam again. I had them come back to add a back splash to an area, while they were here he fixed it again. A few days later, same thing. The seam is not lined up correctly. I called on 9/28 for this to be fixed. I have called every week and either I get no call back, or I am told tomorrow. I am tired of calling and asking for this to be fixed correctly. I paid for a counter top to be put in correctly. I feel like I am being mistreated and getting the run around. This should have been fixed in August.I paid half before and the remaining the day of. I have been more than patient on getting this fixed. I want it fixed! Or I want a full refund to have someone else fix it right
