    they installed junk struts. chinese junk struts (they refuse to provide model number or even
    brand of the installed struts). car bottoms out. tires scrape wheel well. both signs of junk
    struts. rear of car jumps whenever i hit brakes. you can google these symptoms and they
    are signs of junk struts and weak springs. false advertising. was told by BRENT the struts are high quality and rated at 600lbs of
    extra weight rating for cargo so should not bottom out. yet it does and its going to destroy
    my brand new tires and then meineke is going to pay the destroyed tires as well as full
    refund. they lied many times and scheduled me appointments and when id show up the
    shop was locked and closed. another time they made appointment and then cancelled it
    that day via text. they never rescheduled even though i asked when to come in for
    appointment. basically they lie repeatedly to me. they also installed some chinese strut
    spacer things from amazon.com (the the product reviews state wont last 1 summer)
    basically admitting the struts they installed are inadequately weak. i do not approve of
    ghetto hackjob bandaid fixes when the struts should have been proper to begin with.

    Exhaust I've paid 650.00 and been back 3 times rusted stainless steel ,I've called and emailed cooperate with no answers..
