I bought tickets for the show at almost 4pm. I bought 1 wristband , my friend bought 2 at $35 each. They sell tickets and wristbands, when we asked the attendant she says they kids can get in everything with the bands, so logically we did the bands. At 5, the kids try to get in rides and they said that the wristbands are only good till 5. No where is this advertised. When I approach the manager she said it says it on the website. Well she cant assume Im website savvy.she also stated its on the screen when you buy it( not true, my friend and I bought at 2 different machines and it did not say it. Then she gets one of the tickets and says it says it on there ( you buy a ticket and then redeem at the counter for the bracelet) she shows me it says it there. What it says is wristband 1-5) it doesnt indicate its a time or anything. To me that could be a section or something, or anything for that matter! Im frustrated on this Memorial Day as I attempt to have my child have a good time but an hour in the part cost me $35 and now they expect me to but tickets now so our kids can keep enjoying the day. Well Im a single mom and $35 is a sacrifice for me , I cant afford more tickets and this is sad how they steal from people by omitting info and putting it in hidden places or not clearly defined and expect me to decipher what it means.

I do remember this customer, ***** called me to come out to the kiosk stand, and help with a customer complaint, I went out and spoke to the lady, she said it was not posted that the bands are only good until 5. I told her it is on the screen when you purchase the wristband, she told me it was not posted, and wanted me to show her where, I told her unfortunately once the wristbands are turned off the hour before the wristbands end so it wouldn't be possible to show her. where its posted. I told her I would give her some passes so her children would be able to go on a few more rides. I went to my office and got her passes, and realized the time would be on her receipt, when I went out to give her the passes, I asked her if she could look at her receipt as the time was posted there also. She told me she didn't have a receipt, so I then went to the kiosk stand and pulled out a receipt that said wristband 1-5 $35.00. She then said I still wouldn't know what that meant. I apologized for her misunderstanding; she thanked me for the passes and walked away..

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint response. I agree that she made a slide attempt to offer a resolution by providing the extra tickets. However that doesnt make up for the fact the company obscures details about the wrist band systems. Furthermore I want to add that there was absolutely no additional parties that were part of the conversation, certainly not a gentleman. The lady at the kiosk was the first point of contact and she called over the manager who was a female. The receipt she showed me did say 1-5 however theres no indication this refers to time ( as she mentioned, just says 1-5, no pm, doesnt say times, etc). They need to be more clear with pricing and times.

    Sincerely,

Attached are two documents, each showing the times wristbands are offered. One is on our website and states the times. Also attached is the ** code displayed on the kiosk and the receipt attached is the receipt which also states the times.

It is our opinion the customer was treated properly and she accepted Ride Courtesy passes to go the rides.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because the paper you attached is from the website. Im not arguing you guys dont say it on the website however it is no where displayed in the park. You cant assume Im website savvy. Furthermore, the ** code paper is not the same as it was shown to me. Im glad to see you updated it to say as the pm. As the first response stated I had mentioned it DID NOT SAY PM or anything of that matter indicating time. AND that paper is only printed AFTER paying. So after I pay it gives me the paper, at that point what choice do I have other than redeeming the wrist band? It needs to be clearly marked prior to purchase so the customer can make an educated decision and one that makes sense monetarily.

And of course I accepted the courtesy tickets after being sold wrist bands that were good for  a little over an hour.
    Sincerely,

    ******* ****
