    We ordered and paid for merchandise on 6/14/24 for $454.10. We never received any merchandise. We have repeatedly requested a refund within 10 minutes after the order was placed and **** the owner has not provided it.

    ***** ***** placed a custom t-shirt order on 6/14/2024 at 11:57 AM.  He then sent and e-mail on 6/17/2024 asking to change the order.  We informed him that changes cannot be made to orders, as this is custom work, but we are willing to offer him new items.  He wanted to change his order from short sleeve shirts to long sleeve shirts, and the items he ordered were already at the store and ready for print.  ***** ***** was given a proof of his order on 6/26/2024 for him to approve.  The proof is attached.  He was notified on 7/1/2024 and 7/15/2024 to review his proof and respond, and we got not response.  We are unable to produce his custom garments without his written approval.  Big Frog Custom T-shirts is willing to produce his original order if he wishes.  Since ***** ***** waited so long, these items are unable to be returned as they need to be returned within 30 days to the distributor.

    He is a liar.  The order as I originally stated was canceled within 10 minutes of when it was placed by phone.  He refused to cancel it and refund my money.  I am entitled to a refund in full.

    The order was placed and was not canceled.  If we did refund the order, Mr. ***** would have paperwork that would back his claim.  Mr. ***** was unresponsive to our many requests to approve his artwork for his custom order.  Big Frog has gone above and beyond to accommodate Mr. ***** and he has refused to help us move the order along.

    It is clear by his response that he is lying and has clearly admitted that he has never delivered any items and that I am due a refund in full now!

    We have the items that the customer ordered and we are waiting for approval of his proof.  We are unable to return the items, as he has waited several months to address this order.  We can sell him them decorated or blank, but they are unable to be returned at this time.  We have been professional and thorough with ******* order and he has not been compliant with the process.  We are unable to move forward with the order until he responds to our proof.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]  All I want is a refund in full, which I am entitled to.  He is a liar & a thief.  I have complained to him multiple times in person and by phone.
