    11/15/22 - Mike S****** of SNT Homes contacted me via FB messenger offering his services for cabinet building that I was searching for on a town FB page. 12/12/22 - He requested a $300 downpayment which I sent to his business Venmo 1/8/22 - I contacted him for an update, notifying him that cabinet doors had arrived for the project. These were ordered because initially he said he could make them, and later said he could not. The doors and hardware cost me hundreds of dollars. On this same date, I offered multiple days of availability - to which I received no reply. 1/20/22 - I received a message from another person claiming he had scammed them out of money. They found me by looking at his Venmo account. I contacted him regarding this, which he denied allegations of. 1/24/22 - we agreed upon Friday for him to come measure the project. This was not followed through on, so then we agreed on early Feb Wednesday. I confirmed my address, he never showed. 2/9/22 - I asked him when he was going to come 2/11/22 - I attempted outreach again, no reply 2/16/22 - I requested my money back, to which he said he was planning to give it back and that his van broke down. 2/21 - he confirmed he returned the "$195 of materials" for the project and that the refund would be sent. I gave him 48 hours Still no reply or refund as of today, 2/23

    I hired this contractor to replace a door in my home on November 5, 2022. Gave a deposit of $550. They returned the following week to install the new door. Asked for another check from me so I gave another $500. The amount quoted was $1100. Since November 5th, multiple calls and emails have been made to this contractor to find out when they would return to finish this job, which should have only been a one day job to begin with. All text messages and phone calls were ignored and not returned. I sent an email and was finally responded to. I was given the choice of 2 dates for them to return and chose one. When that day arrived, they were a no show yet again. I sent 3 emails on that day to find out when they would arrive, and didn’t get anything in return. It’s quite frustrating to sit around and wait for a contractor who doesn’t show. I want this job completed!!!! They have been paid all most the entire amount for this job! They will not respond to my calls, emails or texts and I have an unfinished door on my house with the winter here. I told them upon hiring that I wanted this done before the cold weather came.
