    On Saturday, March 2nd, we went to Cat Tales Rescue in ********, ************* to adopt a cat. We adopted a kitten for $350 and signed their contract. We have done everything we agreed to per their contract. In their contract, they say their cats come microchipped. I took the cat, which we named *******, to the vet and had them scan for the microchip and it was proven he did not have one. I reached out to Cat Tales on March 13th to let them know he did not have a microchip. They said sometimes they fall out and that they would send one through the mail. April 25th, I messaged them again asking for an update on when the microchip would show up. I never got an update. May 20th, I sent them an email saying again, we have not received this microchip and that they are breaking their contract and even offered to drive to their location and pick it up. I got a reply of them saying they would send out another microchip in the mail. It is now June 11th and we still have no microchip and contacting them gets us nowhere.

    We had sent out the microchipped 2x.  We asked the adopter if they dont receive it to contact us.  We reached out to the adopter asking if she received it. She said no. We  told her as she had offered in the past to let us know when she will be in the area as I will leave a chip out for her vet to insert or if she brought the cat I could insert it for her.  
    Its a shame she didnt respond to the email asking her to let us know if she doesnt receive it or coming in for a chip i which was explained it may have fallen out at the time it was inserted as it happens sometimes. Instead making a complaint to the BBB on a volunteer based cat rescue who are saving cats like the one she adopted from unsavory conditions
