    I had a great initial response and estimate.I called to make a deposit and later found that they charged me for the full amount upfront. I let them know and was not credited anything.I called to get an update on the schedule and was told they were going to call me that day, so we scheduled the job for the next Monday.They never showed up and when I called they said it was delayed because of the rain we got earlier in the year which was a poor excuse as it hadnt rained since the three days prior when they scheduled it.They said they would call me to reschedule it and the next day while I was out of town they showed up to do the job.I told them to go ahead and do the job that day.When I returned home 3 days later the job was done, but poorly.The fence was crooked and nothing lined up. They cleaned out the concrete bucket on my new lawn and dumped fill from the holes in my flowerbeds and left metal debris on the lawn as well.I called to complain, and was greeted with hesitation by the company.They showed up the next day to address my concerns and called me while they were there. They said they would take care of the issues, but its been over a month now and I have never heard back from them.I am totally disappointed in them.
