    Kyle-Owner/Operator of The Cabana Boys was servicing our pool this summer, as well as last. Last year he did a good job with our pool but this year was nothing but a disaster. The most major issue was that our pool needed a new liner. He told us it would be installed and the pool would be “all set” in 1-2 days. That was at the end of June and the pool is worse than it was prior to him working on it. We went away for the month of July but had a house sitter who was in contact with Kyle along with ourselves attempting contact. His communication was terrible he would go days without answering or coming to do/complete the job. He would tell us he would come and wouldn’t, weeks later when he stated the pool was all set, my house sitter went over immediately to start the pump. It was leaking everywhere, because of that the pool is now a green swamp. Multiple attempts to contact him and get a resolution were to no avail. We also had a friend whose previous profession was pools go over to asses the damage and he couldn’t believe what was done. The supports are bent, loose, and not put back properly. The brand new pump is leaking and we can not even have the water on, there is trash everywhere, the old pump left in the middle of our patio still connected to a grounding wire, and the pool is a standing swamp. We are now going to have to pay a new pool comapanyt to come fix not only what he didn’t do but to repair the damage he did, as I started my pool so much worse off than it was before he started.
