    I am seeking your assistance in getting the Granite Auto Sales from whom I purchased my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from in October 2023 to correct the issue(s) causing the check engine light to turn “on”. The check engine light came “on” within 15 minutes after taking ownership of the vehicle and has been on for most of the 12 months I have owned the car. See attached letter for more information.

    Keep going through tires as the truck Eats tires because the wheel bearing keeps breaking was replaced the day before I bought it by the dealership and twice since then. The spindle that holds the bearing is bad, 4 wheel drive does not work. Truck shuts off everytime I try to haul anything. Was supposed to get a factory radio for the truck because it didn't have one when I bought it and they never ordered it. Banks power tuner doesn't work. Suspension is busted in front end. Body mounts are rotted off.

    This vehicle was purchased on 6/16/23 4 months to the day with full knowledge of all known issues. He was fully aware that the tuner did not work because I told him, "we do not mess with aftermarket accessories and if it works great, if not sorry its on you" and he was ok with that. The rust was a known issue as well, Mainly on the front side of the truck bed near the cab, I pointed it out to him and offered to have it fixed, he said no, no problem I will have it taken care of on my own. We had new tires for the truck ready to be installed at a local dealer that we were paying for, which he was to take and get installed; we thought he did that. He did bring it back for a door lock issue where the door would not shut, we repaired that for him at no cost. The wheel bearing was replaced by us and when he came back a few days after he took delivery to let us know there was a problem, We offered to fix it but had to order a replacement bearing. Luckily we had the correct bearing in stock so we gave it to him because he said he had a "friend that will help replace it". If it was broken during install we do not feel that is our responsability. We never gave him any reason to think we would not help, We give a 30 day or 1000 mile powertrain warranty from date of purchase. It has been 4 months and if it was not inspectable it should have come back to us for repairs within the first 30 days. We have not heard anything since he came back for the door issue, and if there were any major issues he should have come back to let us try and fix those issues. Unfortunetly I cannot help if im not brought into the fold.
