    I have been getting harassing emails from this firm regarding a **** they claim that I owe them.I have never done any business with this firm and I have called multiple times to resolve this issue. I am told by the phone attendant that they will stop all further collection attempts but I continue to receive notices of an unpaid invoice. The invoice does not even state any details on where or when a service was provided. Again, I have never done business with this firm.

    To whom it may concern. 

    We are unaware of such a complaint until now, We are a private anesthesia group that services three Surgery Centers. I am unaware of the details of the complaint. Perhaps this would be a patient who received an Anesthesia from our billing company. Our billing company is out sourced to a 3rd party. 

    If this person has an invoice we would like to see it. It can be emailed to *********************** We can reach out to this person and figure out the issue at hand. I am sure it is some misunderstanding. We are happy to help resolve the issue.

    ***** ****** received Anesthesia care at *********************** by Stratham Anesthesia Associates. The bill he is receiving is for the serviced Anesthesia rendered on 9/2023. He has not paid his bill. The billing department (which we outsource) has tried to collect payment from him.
