I have never been lied to or mislead as much as I have with Monadnock Ford. We purchased a 18 escape that has had problems since day one.Lesson ..don't buy used.We began the cancellation on our warranty last October and till this day it still has not showed up on the bank loan or in my mailbox. After my conversation today with the general manager (checks been in the mail for well over a month now but the bank does not have it nor do we.Got lied to again and hung up on by the general manager.I suggest that if want to purchase a Ford,do not deal with this shady dealership.October Nov,Dec January, February and now into March, still no check. Its in the mail with a hang up.

    Dear
    BBB,

    Thank you for bringing this
matter to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr. ***** may
have experienced in regard to the cancellation of his vehicle service contract.

As Mr. ***** has noted, he
requested the cancellation of his VSC with Tom A**** in October. Unfortunately,
the cancellation was not processed at that time. However, once Meghan and I
became involved, we worked diligently to process the cancellation, and a check
was issued to Huntington Bank on February 15th, and check was cashed
and cleared our account on March 9th. During our last phone
conversation, I provided Mr. ***** with information about the check and even
offered to print him a copy of it so he could come and pick it up, but he
    declined.

    We understand that the
cancellation process took longer than Mr. ***** expected and accept responsibility
that former employee Tom A**** did not process this in a timely fashion. It's
worth noting that the normal time for VSC cancellations is between 6 to 8
weeks, and we managed to complete this process in a timely manner, despite the
    initial delay.

We hope that Mr. ***** will
accept our apologies for any inconvenience he experienced and consider this
matter resolved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not
    hesitate to contact us.

    Sincerely,

    Larry
