    The sales department at Nissan of Keene is outstanding!!!! However, the service department is less than satisfactory. I purchased a car in August of 2021 and less than six months of purchasing the car, I had to pay for an inspection twice. The first time was due to a mistake they made by putting an inspection sticker in the month of June instead of November (my birth month).
    Then, they tried to charge me for parts for something that needed repair which was covered under warranty. (They only warranted me the cost of their parts). Since then, when I've gone for regularly scheduled maintenance (ie... oil change, tire rotation, etc...) I ended up with damages to my vehicle and because I only noticed the damages a few days after bringing it there and getting it home, I couldn't prove they did any of it and they would deny it anyway especially since they didn't let me know they did it in the first place.
    From day one, I have experienced terrible service from them and I voiced that in the follow up survey they provide after you have an appointment and your services are complete.
    I would not recommend this facility for services nor would I refer anyone to them if you have a vehicle that needs regular maintenance or unexpected services. This is by far the worst service center I have ever dealt with being a dealership or otherwise. If you have a vehicle you purchased from them or even if you're leasing, you'd be wise to go elsewhere if you want to be satisfied and have your expectations met. Otherwise, I would recommend taking photos before you give them your key and after they have had your vehicle in their possession and garage. I would be very happy to provide photos of the damages caused by this service center within my last two visits there and now I am seeking services elsewhere even if it means I have to pay more money for the services needed to keep my car for as long as I can.
