    In July of 2023 I bought a car (2009 Ford Edge) from Tices Automotive in Tamworth NH. I was told they would accept the amount that the insurance company ($8500) was giving me for my car being totaled by another driver.. right before I got the car I was told the amount for the car was $9000 because they had to make some money. I needed a car and had no choice so I paid that amount. About 2 weeks after that I started having problems with the car not running properly. I questioned them about the car being inspected and checked for any possible problems. I was told they did but the problems I've been having with repairs that could have been identified and fixed before I purchased the car where never done. problems with the transmission ,A/C, dry rot and cracks found in and around the tires and underneath and now with the brakes giving out and me being told the lines underneath were all rotted. I have felt this whole time that I was not safe driving this car . I also heard there is a do not drive advisory for this car from Ford that they have still not told me about. Lastly, I have been waiting over a year for the title on that car I paid off the car the beginning of August 2023 and have got the runaround from the loan company and the business owner about where it is and I still haven't heard anything .

    We have helped this customer out alot on this car ,she has yelled at my employees numerous times. This car was purchased as,is and she has put over 18000 miles on it. As for the title the state had mailed it to a differant address that was on her id i have paid for a new title and went to the bank received her payoff letter and sent it to the state it should be her anytime now i will call her when it arrives

    Thank you for replying . As for buying the car as is , the salesman added a warranty to the car so it was no longer "as is" . Also, the car had issues
    That should have been repaired and/or replaced before the car was purchased to make it was road worthy, it was not. The money and the work 
    hours lost because of these issues should be looked at. If you are not going to pursue this complaint I will try to find a lawyer to continue. I
    Do not feel safe driving this car and risking my safety and the safety of others if I need to wait to get enough money to save for another car. 
    I am on a limited income and can not take on a loan I can not pay back. Please let me know.

    I've been trying to buy a car from Tice since September, and I've been calling the salesperson several times and have been told that he just left, and I left my name and phone with them and they said that they will have him call me back, and he never does, I've also called and left messages for the owner to call me back and he never does. I feel that I'm being discrimated against. I would like to file a formal complaint against them, if they are in the business of selling cars, then I deserve some of their time.

    We have been trying to contact customer many times had appointments made, we saved a car for her for three weeks we still want to sell her a car hopefully we can find a car that will work, I have attached all the text back and forth.
