    This is an EXTREMELY corrupt businessmen and I recommend people stay clear of him. We live in a small community of single-family homes. Our management asked P C **** to evaluate multiple pine trees in the back of our home due to several very heavy pine tree limbs falling to the ground in an area where several small children were walking and playing and walking. When P C ****, the owner himself, visited the property, he wrote in his evaluation that his #1 concern of the trees he evaluated was falling limbs, falling stems and tree uprooting - right where the small children were walking, and just a few feet from two homes. Instead of recommending the trees be removed, (to protect the homes and the small children) what **** told us that the pine needles falling to the ground should be left on the ground (and not raked up) and that would make the trees healthy again. This man has absolutely no respect for human life and property - he is an idiot! Even the City of Laconia, NH Code Enforcement Officer stated that there was no maintenance protocol (for the trees) that could address the level of safety the City was expected to maintain. I believe P C **** to be an outright criminal. During his time on our property, P C **** did not even have the decency to ring our doorbell and discuss the situation with us. The man is worthless!
