    Originally I bought and received a mug from Healing Touch pottery and I loved it. So much so that I placed an order for another one as a gift. Then I placed another order for 2 more mugs has gifts in March. When I hadent received any of them in July, I reached out to Healing Touch pottery on Facebook messenger. July 7th I was told this woman was holding my three mugs and would throw in a fourth mug because of the delay. She said they were understaffed because of covid. Shipping took about 2 months last time. So I waited a few months to see if the mugs would ever come and they did not. That's why I am now filing this claim in December. My order for the two mugs was $61 and the cost of one mug was $37 If someone could get back to me I would really appreciate it. Thank you

    My husband ***** ***** ordered healing touch mugs for my Christmas present on 11/22/21 for $113.00. Our bank account was debited on 11/23/21 for $113.00. My husband tried to contact them multiple times and got no answer. I reached out through Facebook and was told that they had issues with staffing and Covid and they would be sending my mugs in a few weeks. They never did so I reached out again and was told they would send them out in the next 48 hours. I never received them. I tried reaching out again and that is when I saw their website, facebook and phone number have been removed. I would like my $113 returned.

    I have purchased multiple mugs from Healing Touch Pottery since 6/2022. My card was immediate charged and I received confirmation emails, but no products received to date. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and Donna R****** without any response. The link on the website is no expired, no FB page exists, IG had her last active in May, phone number disconnected. I want my money back or my products or will report the charges as fraudulent!

    I purchased 4 mugs from Healing Touch Pottery, 709 S Leggett Dr. Abilene TX on July 8, 2022. This was done through their Facebook page and Facebook Messenger. The money was deducted from my bank account and they have since deleted their Facebook Page and disconnected their phone 325-271-7772.
    I would like my money back for items never received.
