    I just had a house built from Jon. My advise is have Everything IS WRITING!!!things he said were included was not !! the appliances. the closet shelving, the kitchen cabinet hardware .he does not stand behind his word. The first half of the build went smooth ! the second half after signing P&S price went up $55,000.00 and the quality of the work went down ! he screwed both bathroom tiles up and put the wrong tile in the wrong bathrooms.
    After moving in we see all the mistakes that he made in this build from lack of paint on the wall to the lack of caulking used around all windows.to the leftover grout and glue not cleaned. He put nails in the hardwood floor in different places. The door locks were put on wrong. the bathroom faucets are on backwards/whoever painted was an armature. still tape on woodwork and peeling on ceiling from where tape was pulled . a real painter does not need tape ! The front porch wood was cut in pieces instead of using one long piece with cut marks still all over the wood. and the floor on back porch isn't even the right distance between each floor board.
    make sure you have every thing you want or that is told comes with the house in writing. Defiantly not a man of his word.!
