    Unfortunately the driveway was not possible to travel with the dodge pro-master van, the customers driveway had not been plowed or sanded, HI APPLIANCE tech, did not pressure customer to hurry and pick up the tech,
    simply ask customer if it was possible to pick the tech up to be able to diagnose the appliance. sadly the customer was untruthful about the situation,

    Appt to repair a dishwasher. Arrived at 4:15 and called me on cell. Refused to drive or walk up short driveway due to snow, even though the driveway was completely plowed. Told me that if I wanted service then I need to drive down and fetch him and all his tools. Told him that it would take a few minutes since I would have to clear my car out first. Told me to hurry because he had other appointments and did not have time to wait. He was very rude and unprofessional and I was nervous about having him in my car or my house. Told him we just cancel the appt and then called the business to speak with the manager. Same person called back and said that he was the owner and would never service my house again and good luck getting anyone to help me. He lied about the driveway condition and I even took pics to prove how safe the area was. Do not use or trust. Actions were very threatening.
