    My daughter ****** ***** went to the office on 11/22/23 to have her wisdom teeth extracted. This had been scheduled since 7/5/22. I called the office prior to coming to make sure all was set with the insurance. They said they would call me a week before if I was to owe anything. They day of the surgery we called to let them know that she was there . They tried to tell me that I owed them $2100. They said that they had not been able to reach my insurance carrier and in order for her to have the surgery I would have to pay $497 but I would get it back once they figured out my insurance. I got my EOB from the insurance (Health plans INC) that states that the surgery was $4158 and patient responsibility is $0. They claim that delta makes the decision on what we pay. Because they also billed the dental for the same thing, they claim that i now owe an additional 659.81. Health plans said they cannot bill me for any balance because they are a preferred provider and they have a contract.
    The claim they have their own system of billing and that is how they do things. I believe what they are doing is dishonest. I want to 659.81 erased and my $497 back.
