    These guys are THE WORST!How are THEY able to maintain contracted roadside service call status with AAA is beyond any reasonable logic!Called AAA and was told my Tow would arrive at 2:05 by the *************** That immediately backed up to 3:05 At 3:40 I had had enough to the lack of information on an arival time that was based on honesty rather than DIS-honesty and lip-service I called AAA to ask for anther tow company. This ridiculously rude, profane and overly in need of anger management "punk" called my phone and started to berate me for calling AAA and THEN he threatens to "leave me until midnight or the next f****** day becuase you f****** called tripl A after I was trying to be f****** nice to you"I asked him ( I was now feeling more disrespected than anything else at his choice of threats and language) " are you crazy talking to me like that " he continued cursing and threatenng to leave me where I was. At this point I had Z-E-R-O faith thqt this little creep would ever show.I contacted Triple A and informed them that AT NO TIME ill they ever send this dirtbag outfit to me or my family ever again- This guy shoul dtank his lucky stars he spoke to me that way and not any of my family.......We would have needed further discussion about that!!Clearly easy to see why they have an "F" as a rating
