    re: Beauchene's Waste Services I have now received two erroneous invoices. After the 1st, I wrote to them on February 18, 2024 and left many messages and telephone calls, all unaswered. I got a 2nd invoice dated Feb 29, 2024, also with numerous errors (charging me for service prior to my service beginning). please see the enclosed communication with them (of Feb 18 and of March 21, 2024) and copy of invoices. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. I do not want to pay money that is not due and also want to have adjustment of the money owed. see enclosed documentation March 21, 2024 Dear Beauchenes,I am writing to follow up on my previous communication of February 18, 2024 (scroll down for copy) and to let you know that I received another erroneous invoice dated 2/29/24.At this time I will need to consider canceling my service with Beauchenes as I cannot justify having to spend time reaching out to correct my invoices every month. I have called to leave a message and if I do not here back will cancel service. I also find it very challenging to be unable to communicate with your team. At this time, you have not responded to my previous communication to reconcile actual dates of service and information based on the previous invoice. I would prefer not to simply send you a check until this is done. I have called and emailed numerous times and have not received a single response. Please communicate with me as soon as possible. I am sending a copy of this letter to the ************* Better Business Bureau.

    We have been using Beauchene's Waste Services for a year now. They are contracted to pick up trash and recycling from our house every two weeks. They have not performed this service in over 2 months (4 missed pick ups) and continue to send us bills for a service not rendered.

    We have called and left voicemails as well as emailed them asking to have our service discontinued and for them to pick up their trash and recycling bins from our house. We have yet to receive any acknowledgment of our requests. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of as they don't answer their phone and don't actually have an email (we have to send them notes through the quote request form).
