    Cheshire disposal missed several weeks of trash pick up starting in April. I tried to cancel service and auto-pay May 1st since we moved out of state. I haven’t been able to reach anyone in April and May. We are now in June and found they just charged me again for another months service on 6/2/2023 for another $47.00. I haven’t lived there since May 1, 2023. No one returns my calls nor the email messages. My new and current address: **** *** *** **** ****** ** *****

    I have used this garbage disposal company for a while. It costs 50.00 a month to have them pick up garbage weekly from my residential area. I have never had many issues with them and usually they are always on time. It has happened a couple of times in the past- when they have not picked up at all. My weekly scheduled day for pickup is Thursday. The last time my garbage was picked up was Thursday April 20th. I have called numerous times( unable to leave a message- voice mail is full) I have messaged on the website- with no response. I have followed up on my bill with them- and I am 150.00 ahead. They have done this to many people in the community here in Swanzey NH.

    Cheshire Disposal is a locally owned residential trash collection company serving Cheshire County, NH. (from website). They solicited business when we moved to Keene, by Postcard. First Payment (by Check) was in 02/2022. Three of the last four weeks (April), they have not picked up trash & recycling with them missing at least 1 pickup in March. They are no longer answering their phone and VM service is full so you can't leave a message. No communication to indicate an interruption of service or that the company has gone out of business. My payments are current, last payment was 05/01/2023, but that has not yet cleared the bank account yet. Generally pleased with the service until March.
