  Five years ago, NuWatt Energy installed our second solar system. Our decision to expand the system with them was driven by our previous positive experience, and they did not disappoint. The installation process was as smooth as we remembered.
  Our sales representative, Maan, stood out for his prompt, courteous responses and deep knowledge during our consultations. His expertise significantly enhanced our decision-making process. Post-signing, the journey from planning to powering on was remarkably seamless and the project managers navigated through a new requirement our town had just enforced on solar setbacks. The entire process was impeccably managed, with no delays (except during town's new requirements), ensuring a swift commencement of power generation. NuWatt's team maintained very good communication throughout, keeping us informed and involved.

  I've been a loyal customer of NuWatt Energy for a while now, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with their products and services. The only problem I've faced in the past two years since I had their panels installed was that the app stopped communicating our savings for a couple of weeks. But I contacted the NuWatt solar support team, and they were quick to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and efficient their customer service was, especially since it's been a while since I bought the system from them. My friends who went with other solar companies have had some real nightmare stories about post-installation experiences, so I was a bit worried at first.   We got our installation with NuWatt Energy done December ’21. Overall, I am very happy with the service and quality of work provided by this company.
  The sales representative was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the different options available and answering all my questions. They provided me with a detailed proposal and worked with me to customize a system that fit my specific needs and budget.
  The installation process was seamless and efficient. The installation team was punctual, respectful, and took great care to ensure that the solar panels were installed correctly and safely. They also took the time to explain the operation and maintenance of the system to me.

  Great company to deal with, they put my solar up 5 years ago and have been great with service when I have had an issue (wasn’t their fault, solar edge issue) they always respond to emails and calls very quickly.
