    Wow. It's only gotten worse. I used to work in town and had a few interactions with the proprietor of this place, all unpleasant. It's been a few years. Yesterday I had a large fragile item that needed packed professionally and shipped. It's the closest pack and ship to me. We walked into the shop and first impressions should have alerted me. Mess. Stuff laying everywhere. Used clothing in heaps on the counter. The proprietor appeared and I gave a greeting, 'Hi how are you today?' The response: "Terrible." Dead serious. No smile. I said, 'Oh I am sorry.' The response, "I might have bronchitis." Again, 'Gee I am sorry to hear that.' She just stared, frowning, glowering. So I indicated the item and said 'I need professional packing and to ship this with insurance'. Her response, "Well I can't do it today, I'm by myself and have this and this and that..." She waved all around at the utter mess and ******* about how much work she had to do. Then she sort of yelled, "Go to the UPS Store!" Angry, rude, miserable and nasty person. I will never step foot in that place again.
