We called Direct Glass because my picture window in the livingroom is cracked on the left side on the inside glass is cracked. The outside glass was not broke. We called them and told **** on the phone what the problem is and he told us to measure it, and we did and told us the picture window glass can come out & be repaired for $855.00. **** sent someone over to check the window, prior to that we had 4 different companies come over & told us that the center piece cannot come out , that we need a whole new window which would be between $6000 & $8000.00 dolllars. When **** sent over the techincian he also said the window cannot come out and we would need a whole new window. Then he took a tool from the outside and pryed it between the glass and the molding and he cracked the right outside. The told us we need a whole new window and the crack he just made is going to get worse. I called **** at Glass Direct and said hew ill call us back and never did. I called again and left two messages again no one called back. I finally got in touch with **** on 4/17/24 and he said they are not responsible for breaking it, because it was already cracked. Cracked on the left inside but also the tech cracked it on the outside. I feel Glass Direct should somehow be resposible for what they did
