My number is on the do not call list. These people called my cell phone three times tonight, asking me if I was a registered voter in the state of **. I declined to answer and informed them that I am NOT to be solicited as I am on the do not call list and have no prior dealings with them. They immediately hang up, I block their number, and then they call right back an hour or two later from a different number. If they do not stop calling my phone unsolicited, I will contact an attorney, which is within my right.

    Good Afternoon,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.

On Saturday February 1, Ms ****** was called twice. First she was called at 5:39pm EST.  On this call, the result was a dropped connection and no words can be heard from the respondent ************ The Second call was at 7:36 pm and resulted in our interviewer marking her call as refused, which means she will not be called back again after she made it clear that she was not interested.  There is not a record of a third call.

Opinion Services LLC is a market research company and we do not engage in sales of any kind therefore we are not bound by the rules set forth by the ***'s Do Not Call list.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: For starters, my name is NOT ******, and the first communication was NOT a dropped call, I responded with I am on the do not call list please stop calling. I then received a second call, and the third call there was no communication. You are lying, and all I can say is if I am contacted again, I will be submitting the information to my already retained attorney.

    Thank you

    Regards,

This business is spam calling me at 8:30PM. This needs to stop immediately, 8:30PM is an insane time to be calling people to harass them with unsolicited and unwanted surveys.

    Business Response

Although there is no actual law or rule pertaining to how late our industry is able to make calls, we generally adhere to the unwritten rule of 9:00 local time that almost every business in the public opinion polling business lives by. In my 30 years in this business I could count on one hand the number of complaints I have seen for anything prior to this industry standard.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
Saying it is okay to harass families in the middle of the night with spam calls because there is no specific law against it is atrocious.
