    Oct. 2021 I Purchased a Extend warranty SCC Co. With Monthly payments of ($112.37 ) begin Sept. 2021. Pay for 2.5 yrs Then covered for added 2yrs. TOTAL 4.5yr For My well cared for **** GMC Envoy. I set up for electronically Monthly payment promptly. (For 1yr, 7mths). After March 5 2023 payment. I required Car repairs a few problems within a month prior. Spoke with ************ It was suggested I do all repairs at once. I think I mention my tank leaking, was told reservoir, pumps etc. were covered. I'm sure? Either way......... I took The Car to A Service Dealer To Obtain an Estimates. I was Informed SCC Will not Cover any thing not on warranty. They didn't try to keep the Business, they could have adjustment warranty of course it would've cost me a little more for the next 11mths of payments . Maybe I would have? They were 4 minor repairs that could be Separated if they couldn't afford them all. To keep Business!! After receiving that Info. I called to express My decision to Cancel. and ALSO Disregarding the fact the Maintenance Package was never Included from the beginning... it's on recorded line. The Sales Rep. a Fast talker. Therefore I Sent an Email of Expectation of a Refund minus small Cancellation fee. I called the **************** Rep. ******* _She inform of there REFUND PROTOCOL and PROCEDURES. I completed & Mail PROCEDURE: 1 ) "NOTORIZED" LETTER REQUEST a REFUND 2)ODOMETER PHOTO. They received All required Documents on April 24, 2023/ to proceed with MY REFUND. I've been continuously In Contact with SCC (via) Phone. Speaking with "******". Still Up to This Month Sept. 2023. She claims to not understand Why? . I didn't receive the Refund as Of yet. Was told At First it would take 12weeks Then (16 weeks) Being August.2023 If BBB could assist with this matter that would be great. As my First measure of a solution to rectify this Problem. And Receive MY MONEY
