      Had a plumber come out to my home a month ago to inspect the pump in my home and he suggested that I should have the reservoir of my septic tank cleaned. I elected to call Andover Pump out to clean my reservoir, they were a no-show and told me an emergency came up. I decided to give them another chance and on Wednesday July 5th, two technicians came out to my property and told me that they could not service my tank because it was too old. The technicians were in my home for about 10 minutes, I caught them coming and going on the Ring camera. Before they left they told me I still had to pay $250 for their services even though they did not clean the reservoir out. I did not want any trouble so I paid them and immediately called the office to speak to the owner, I was told he had a family emergency and he would call me back. 24 hours later I received a call back from the owner ; rude, nasty and arrogant, he sided with his technician. I consider these business practices to be fraudulent.

      There was no water in my house. Andover Pump told me I needed a new well pump. I had another company come in that told me it was an electrical problem and the pump was fine. I ended up paying a small fraction of what Andover had quoted me.
