    On September 14, 2024, I visited the Living Lux Self-Care Sauna office. I informed them that I don’t speak English, and they assured me that language wouldn’t be an issue and that they would assist me. They even sent me a photo of the person who was supposed to attend to me. However, when I arrived at the office, that person did not exist. The company engages in misleading advertising. The owner Wayne attended to me, and I asked if he spoke Spanish. He said no but assured me he would help me understand. He took my personal information and instructed me to enter a website to fill out my details, but I told him I was having issues with my internet. He then used his tablet to input my information and asked me to sign. I believed it was just a form for his office, but he never told me I was signing a loan contract with the Cherry company for $2,500. Since then, they have only attended to me on September 14, and have continued rescheduling appointments without intending to provide any service. The company doesn’t have a commercial operating license or qualified treatment professionals. Meanwhile, Cherry is charging me for a service I never received. I already emailed them requesting the cancellation of the loan contract, but they responded that Living Lux Self-Care Sauna must authorize the cancellation, and they refuse to do so. This situation is causing significant issues for me, as they took advantage of my lack of English to deceive me into signing a contract, abusing my trust
