    Contracted with them to repair, fill cracks and seal 6 driveways, it took approximately 1 1/2 months to start the work and it was completely unacceptable. Chunks were missing out of driveways; cracks weren't filled, and the owner's response was it will be extra even though it was in the signed contract. Per the contract, it is a Firefighter Owned and Operated Business, really not sure who you can trust these days to actually do their contracted work.

    Hello ****. I spoke with your head of maintenance in reference to those holes, in which he stated he would repair at a later time. At no time during our estimate stage were repairs other then your Lacey ******** requested. Once those repairs were mentioned those repairs to the holes were denied and stated they would be taken care of later. The complaint received from your head of maintenance in reference to the cracks, him and I discussed that property during the estimate stage in which he stated there were a few cracks in which is why we didnt charge you for them. Once he filed a complaint, I discussed with him that there were more then beyond a few cracks in the driveway and stated we would return and take care of them until hes satisfied. He instructed me he would follow-up on Monday to discuss us coming back, and never followed up. At no time did I state it would be an extra cost, what was in our estimate was the cost, not did I ever have any discussions with you directly in reference to any of the six properties, so I am lead to believe the information you received it not what was discussed between your maintenance manager and I. I kindly ask you to contact me directly and discuss this, in place of you recieving your information third hand and leaving an unnecessary poor review.
