    Complaint Against ******************* from Townsman Properties in ***********, ********** Nature of Dispute: Unfair Business Practices and Unprofessional Conduct I am filing this complaint against my landlord, [********'s Name or Company Name], due to the following issues: * Unwarranted Denial of Access: I was locked out of the online tenant portal, the only means of accessing rental documents, making payments, and submitting maintenance requests. This action was taken in retaliation for submitting three maintenance requests in one night regarding a serious rodent infestation. * Disruption of Tenancy: Being locked out of the portal prevents me from fulfilling my obligations as a tenant, including timely rent payment. It also hinders my ability to address ongoing maintenance concerns. * Unprofessional Conduct: My landlord has exhibited unprofessional behavior, including threatening my wife with removal from the portal (which she doesn't even use) for expressing concerns about the infestation. * Lack of Communication: My landlord has not responded to my attempts to resolve this matter directly.
