    I recently had the misfortune of experiencing Atlantic City Royal Suites Timeshare, and I cannot overstate how utterly disappointing and frustrating the entire ordeal was.Deceptive Advertising: The first indication that something was amiss was the glaring disparity between the glossy, enticing advertisements and the ***** reality of the place. The accommodations were nothing like what was promised, and the rooms felt outdated and uninviting.Appalling Cleanliness: The cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the unit was appalling. Stains, dust, and uncleaned areas were abundant, leaving me to question whether the room had been cleaned at all before my arrival.Unprofessional Staff: The staff exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism. They were unhelpful and dismissive of the issues I raised during my stay, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.Maintenance Neglect: The room was riddled with maintenance issues, indicating neglect. From malfunctioning appliances to broken fixtures, it was impossible to enjoy a comfortable stay.Unfulfilled Promises: The promised amenities, which were a significant selling point, were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to lure unsuspecting customers.Poor Value for Money: Considering the subpar quality of the timeshare, the price I paid for the stay was nothing short of exorbitant. I expected a level of quality that was entirely absent.the most worst thing is that I am looking to cancel my timeshare and I do not get help. Only maintenance fees charge.

    Royal Suiites at Atlantic Palace in Atlantic City is a time share group owned and operated by Fantasea.I needed to contact them in order to transfer booking privledges to RCI. They, Royal Suites have decided not to return calls to owners by simply not responding to messages by phone. i called and left messages at the following numbers *****************-888-7401, 800-995-2183 . I cant proceed with my booking with RCI until Royal Suites has Banked my week. I paid $765 to RCI for my annual maintenance fee in Jan. 3 2023. I wish that someone would interviene or advise me of an alternative solution. Thankyou ********************************* ************ or email me ********************
