Flagship offers no deed buy backs because these deeds have no value whatsoever. I am locked into something I have to pay for every year and havent used in years. Responsible organizations have deed-back options. There was no mention of culpability for my HALFtime share when the high pressure sales team did their magic many years ago...

I believe we were mislead into buying this timeshare. We purchased our first one right before Covid happened we advised the staff we were trying to buy a house and funds were tight. They convinced us to get into the timeshare and assured us if we get stuck we can sell it back. Well that was the first lie. We than traded up since we advised them we were paying for a timeshare that we couldnt use the whole 5 ish years we used it twice I believe and it wasnt even our week we used the services like now we have RCI. Thats a rip off too since we had to pay fees when we used it if we didnt take a full week. We are paying for other people to use the same room we have including maintained fees and its annoying. We have since contacted Flagship and again requested they purchase back the timeshare, they keep giving us the run around. Call this person, do this and that, you cant call them you have to email them, well we emailed on November 26th and no one replied as of today 12/3/2024. Very unprofessional and misleading and disrespectful. The funny thing is every couple months they call us to offer more nights at their hotel to buy up but they wont let you out. We tried to sell it through an agency ***************** and paid them $1300.00 nothing was sold. Well want out if the time share and hope that Flagship will contact us ******* and ******** ***** to do the right thing. We own the timeshare and want Flagship to buy it back ****. I ******** am currently out of work and have been since April 30th and have no intentions on paying the next years maintenance fees for someone else to enjoy this. Thank you ******** *****
