  Had my driveway done less than 3 years ago. The size and number of holes present are beyond what I expected. As a homeowner, I am disappointed with the quality of workmanship and concerned about the longevity of the driveway.I would not recommend their services to others and advise caution to anyone considering hiring them for a concrete project.Despite raising my concerns with the contractor, they failed to take adequate measures to address the issues with the driveway. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with excuses and further delays.A few of the holes were repaired x 1, but not all. Was told by one of the owners sons that Im not gonna patching up all of these holes. Poor customer service. Bad attitude.

  Your job was completed in August of 2021. Please note when we initially provided you with the job estimate we highly recommended sealing the driveway after the job was completed, which you declined after our several attempts to schedule. You contacted us in August of 2023, two years after the job was completed, about a hole and **** on your driveway. Although you were no longer under warranty and the photos that you provided indicated that deicing chemicals were used on the driveway (which also void our warranty as stated in our contract) we did come out and rectify those issues for you as a sign of good faith. At the time of the repair, we once again strongly advised that you have the driveway sealed, which you declined again. It is evident that the ****s on your driveway are caused by road salt and/or deicing chemicals, whether they were physically applied by you or came from your vehicles tires. The sealant would have helped prevent this. This was explained to you several times and you failed to follow our expert advice. We are sorry you had a negative experience.

  I had Almand ***** install a new driveway a year ago. When they finished the work, they put up caution tape in front of the driveway. A piece of wood chipped off the stake and damaged the newly poured concrete. They took a brush and tried to smooth it out and that brush left a **** on the driveway. I called to complain about it and was told to give it 90 days to cure and that it would disappear. I called after 180 days, when it did not disappear, and was told by the owner that he was on vacation in ******* and to call back in the spring. I called back and scheduled an appointment for today between ***** and he showed up at 1;45pm after I called the office at 12:30pm. He told me there was nothing wrong with his work and that he was not going to do anything about the fact that I was not satisfied!

  We addressed and rectified your concerns the first time you contacted us right after your job was completed in July of 2022. When we came out a second time in July of 2023 to inspect, it was determined that there is nothing wrong with the integrity of your concrete. We are sorry you had a negative experience.
