    On August 22, 2024, I ordered one book by ********* **** titled Men of War: The American Soldier in Combat at ***********, **********, and ********. I was supposed to receive it over two weeks ago. The *** Tracking # they gave me for the shipment is unrecognized by ***. When will I receive my item?

    On February 26, 2024 I ordered a book, Smoke and Ashes, from Indoobestsellers. The total cost was $27.63. On March 9 I received a message telling me the book was delivered via DHL. I was home the entire day and never had any delivery picked up on my ring doorbell and never received the book. I reached out to the seller and they told me that it was delivered by the US ************** and I needed to follow up with the **************. Original delivery notice stated DHL and additional noted ***** I explained to them that there was nothing delivered to my house or to my mailbox and all I wanted was a refund. The seller has refused to communicate with me since that point in time. Zero responses and no attempt to find a solution. I would absolutely not use Indoobestsellers for any orders. It seems to be a complete scam and theft. Do not get your money stolen by this company.

    I purchased a book through ******* and based on the time frame after the order, I did attempt to cancel the purchase. However, the next day I received correspondence that the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled, which even though the item would not arrive on time, would end up being fine for the intended purpose.. I attempted to reach out to the seller, myself and *******, several times, only receiving the same generic response that an item takes so long to process and ship. I just want to make sure that my order is still, in fact, on the way since *******s system is still showing "Pending Cancellation" which is not correct.. I've tried calling the number provided, emailing.. I just want to make sure my package is still coming to me, and a generic email is not validation..

    I purchased books from company through ******* Marketplace. Only received one book. Unable to contact anyone by phone and e-mail has remained unanswered. The purchase shows newbookdealsbut contact information is for Indoo books. I would like my book delivered or a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: this order was made on September 8 of two books, I received one book on September 15th. The *** number shows sent for delivery on September 15. As of today I still have not received my book.

    I ordered a book on August 22 and have not received. Order said if I hadn't received it by September 2nd to reach out to them. I tried emailing them but it says my email is blocked. I tried calling them but only get voicemail. I wish I had read the other reviews before I used this company to see that they are not a trustworthy company.
