    ****** ******filled up my tank and the problem kept arising. I thought maybe I had water in my tank from the gasoline. As I was driving the car, the service vehicle light illuminated. I called to Sansone immediately. I spoke with the Assistant Manager ******* ********* who advised me that there is a fee of $169.00 to run a diagnostic. I reminded her that I just had my car in for service 4 days earlier and the code that I looked up through the internet advises that it is spark plug #3 causing the issue. Minding that I just had the car in for service, I questioned ******* why was the spark plug installed in my car without a voltage check on the failed plug. She stated that it is something that they, (her and the mechanics) can not determine at the time of install. I had the car repaired on 02/01/24. Any other person after this run in would have taken their business elsewhere. However, I decided to stay. I like the dealership. I am a fan of my Sales Man ********* I will email full letter

    We have been in correspondence with this customer since this ********************. The customer has come in and we replaced two tires, balanced all four wheel and performed 4 wheel alignment for him with no charge. The issue has been resolved with the customer and he left satisfied.

    They advertised $14,000 off selected models of 2025 CX vehicles online. I found one I liked a 2025 CX5 carbon emission and emailed the dealership (I shared the vin number w/them). Anna, a sales rep, and Jason the manager emailed me back. We agreed on the vehicle terms, and I told them I was going to finance. Then they said they could not offer the $14,000 off the vehicle I had chosen. I showed them the screenshot from their website showing the vehicle was one of the selected models. They replied by preimposing an image on top of the image, which is fraud. They have not replied further to me. I have saved screenshots of teh website and all of the texts.
