    I purchased a drink that did not get dispensed from this companys vending machine. Not only was I charged, I was overcharged. Instead of 2.35$ first it showed up as a 10$ charge, then a 5$ charge on my checking. Pending overcharges were corrected but I never got the original $2.35 back. I placed a complaint and got an email from a check company that I had to print out a check to get the 2.35$. I asked for reasonable accommodation, financially and physically. I do not have a printer. They told me to get help, go to a library. I told them I dont have a car so Id have to pay for a Lyft which would cost way more than the refund. Additionally, I cant walk to the library due to 3 chronic illnesses that cause pain and fatigue. One of the illnesses i am ok with sharing is Sjgrens syndrome. This causes painful thirst and burning mouth. Since I receive health care at the location of this vending machine, it is my sole source of cold drinks 3 days a week. As unreliable as this machine is, constantly overcharging and then sometimes returning funds, or not dispensing drinks at all, Im desperate and have no other option. I would just like them to mail me the check for $2.35. But they are pretending that mailing the check is literally impossible. They stated they might put the 2.35$ back onto my debit but that hasnt happened and they havent responded to multiple inquiries.
