    I visited the establishment I believe on January 14th, 2023 to use their washers and dryers because my family and I recently moved to the area and we do not have them in our household yet. other than being completely overpriced for the cycles, their washers do not work and leave clothes completely soaked after completion of cycle. I did bring this to the attendants attention who said to wait until the cycle was completed because she refused to believe me or reimburse me because I would need to run another cycle and separate the clothes. finally after a nasty encounter with her, she only gave me money for one cycle not including the any other cycles I ran at that laundromat. I spent SEVENTY DOLLARS at that laundromat to rewash and dry. What's the point of having a laundromat if the machines aren't working properly. This laundromat is purposefully scamming their customers KNOWINGLY and is refusing to fix their machines.
