    They were very quick to respond. Our inspector was very professional, and our sewer inspection was very thorough. We received the report and video very quickly.

    **** from Garden State Home Inspectors was very professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly. He arrived the property on time, and will give us a brief summary of each floor after he finished each floor. He was also patiently answer any questions we had. Office staff was friendly, helpful. We highly recommend Garden State Home Inspectors for new home owners.

    The inspector was great with making sure everything was done thoroughly. He also went through a brief overview of things he found at each stage and gave some tips on what would be needed and how to care for the property. He was relaxed and calm, which helped bring down my stress for the day. He was very mindful while looking at the property and was easy to talk to. We also got the report within the time frame they said we should expect it. They were able to provide a full home, WDI, Radon, and oil tank sweep inspection and offered a good price. I would easily recommend them to someone else getting a home inspection.

    I used Garden State Home Inspector recently, and I can't say enough good things about their work. The inspectors, ***** and ****, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain whatever questions I had. They were also very patient with my many questions. The report was in detail and illustrated every area of my home that they inspected. I highly recommend Garden State Home Inspector and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A++++ def recommending them for their work!
