    I rented the truck on April 16 2023 for 2 weeks and they told me that i will get refund if I return earlier. I return truck on April 22. And they didnt give me refund and refund my deposit. Instead they charged me more money.

    I rented an 8 seater van for 1 month and 2 weeks for my family and received a written quotation that charged ****% ($164.67) for a Rental Contract Fee. I called (nearly a week before my rental was due to expire) to extend the rental for 1 additional week and was told by owner ********************* that it was "no problem" and that "you can do so at the same weekly price." When I returned the van, I was told that not only had the price increased for the extra week (not the subject of my complaint) but that I was being charged a *****% ($574.98) Rental Contract Fee for the entire 1 month, 3 week duration of the rental. They can't quote ****% Rental Contract Fee for my rental for the first 1 month and 2 weeks and then retroactively change the price to *****% when I return the van. There is nothing in the paperwork I was given to indicate they can just change the costs like this. I was told by ****** (one of the owners) that this was a software mistake and that they had no power to fix it. I have tried to write to the owners (**** and ******) multiple times about this issue and they have simply ignored me and changed the subject. I have uploaded both the original quotation from the first day of the rental (showing the ****% Rental Contract Fee) and the "updated" contract given to me after my return of the van (showing a *****% Rental Contract Fee.)
