      Had a bank employee assault me. Then steal my personal information l, then called me and threatened to kill my wife and children. After I told the bank about this they told me they would be closing my account. This was a terroristic threat made on me and they kicked me out? I was there to close my account anyways but even after asking to speak to corporate no one reached out til they told me to leave. This bank is unsafe for anyone to go to physically and mentally Ontop of them letting employees steal customers personal information. How this place is in business is beyond me.

      bcb bank plainsboro - ****** Search Worst customer experience with *****************************. I went to open a bank account so I can also get a safe deposit box. I already do my banking with some other bank and have all my transactions going with them. ******** was so upset that if I am banking with another what do they offer that we cant and why do you want to keep on dealing with another bank primarily and dont want to do transaction with us. She literally told me that she will not open an account for me as it takes a lot of effort for us to go back and open your locker for you. She said if you are not doing transactions with us then we are not gonna make money so why should we open an account for you. So was extremely rude and she didnt care at all before being so mean. I told her I dont have the stamina to deal with your rudeness as u am brain tumor patient she replied everyone is going through things in there life that we dont know. I told you literally are asking me to go is this the kind of customer service we are looking for when we go to a bank. Thanks to ******* sitting next to her who came in and talked me and helped me open an account. She apologized to me so many times for her coworkers behavior but ******** did feel any thing about it. Such a person should not be at the customer service. She literally harassed me. He words and her body language was so bad. She should be fired for such a behavior.

      My mother and I have been banking at this location for a few years and there was never an issue with me cashing my check against her account. Manager, ***********************, stated my mother had to be present to sign which is the first time they ever said this. I asked what's the difference between now and every other time in the past and her response was her tellers weren't doing their job which is already concerning to say the least. My problem isn't with following the protocol but more with the inconsistent treatment. It's unfair to bring this to my attention for the first time (four days before Christmas) when there was never an issue receiving my money against my mother's signature prior. It's the same unfair treatment I get when asked to provide I.D. from the same tellers I've witnessed (numerous times) who didn't ask others for their identification. Again, all I ask for is consistency and equal treatment, which you won't find banking at BCB located on ************!
