I am rejecting this response because:

What age says is correct, however, when Dr.K.why in to do b the shade down of the tooth it was taking longer then usually I felt like something was going to happen. So I questioned her why is it taking so long. Her response was haven't you ever had a root canal before. To which I responded yes. when she went back in to drill I had excruciating pain in my tooth behind the one she was shaving down. She intentionally drilled into my healthy tooth I had no prior problems with the tooth. I screamed and she said almost done. So she went back in to drill and hit the nerve of the healthy tooth again. I said that's enough stop drilling. I told the receptionist what had happened she said so sorry about this. I was so concerned that I wouldn't even go to her for the crown placement for great of any more damage to the tooth. So I waited to see the other dentist to fill the little cavity that was on the tooth that now was having so minor pain when chewing after the procedure Dr.K administered. When the other dentist went in to do the filling she drilled out the whole tooth so much so that she left me with an agonizing toothache that I had to have the tooth removed. I was in pain for 3 weeks. None of this would have happened if she wouldn't have drilled into the healthy tooth to the nerve, and the other dentist followed her hole in the tooth while drilling it out. She said look to the assistant she that black hole that's the decay. No that was where the other dentist drilled into my tooth. I believe they did so in order for me to get another root canal so they could get the money from the insurance company for the crowns. Which they billed my insurance company **00 dollars but were only granted 733. So I feel like they did it in purpose to get more money from the insurance. She was very surprised when she was finished with the filing I wasn't happy and said where's my tooth, can I even chew on this. Then I said I'm going to get it pulled out she was like no why would you do that. I couldn't afford another root canal cost me 700 dollars . Yes they would make money on the crown but didn't they realize the money I'd have to pay. All in all I went through weeks of unnecessary pain.

    Regards,
