    I ordered a scope ring set for my rifle I thought it would be nice to have one that matched the manufacturer. I chose priority 3 day shipping. 4 days later and the package still shows that they've only made a shipping label for it. **** hasn't received it and Henry Outfitters claims they have shipped it. I'm very frustrated that this company doesn't offer any next day shipping options and when I called the customer service for ********************** they reassured me that this is a normal issue that people call about all the time and that I would probably see it show up sometime late next week. So 3 day priority shipping really means a week and 3 day shipping, that is if it shows up. As a guy that loves Henry Rifles, I'm very disappointed with the customer service that I received and the lack of willingness to fix their system to make it easier on the next guy.

    The Big Boy lever action rifle has weak ejection springs, and the loading gate spring is way too stiff. The loading tube that you can pull out that is under the barrel, could use a slightly stiffer spring.
