    I purchased a radiant water heater from this business last January. When it arrived it came damaged so they sent me another one. The second water heater was delivered 4 months later and also came damaged. I contacted the business and asked that I do not want the product anymore and would like a refund. They were helping me for a while and then all communication stopped. I can't get anyone to speak to me. Their phone system is terrible and disconnects you half the time. Finally when I do get through it's to a voicemail. I have left numerous messages and never have been called back.

    The Order: On 11/14 I ordered a Smoke Detector Carbon Monoxide detector. The order and communications on order were as you would expect. The part arrived in a timely manner. Side Story: At the same time, I had the first smoke detector/Carbon, I had another go at same time. I didn't feel comfortable having 2 detectors down in the house and had to buy two from local store. When Part arrived, I had no use for it and looked to return understanding I would be required to pay return shipping (I wasn't happy about, but it is what it is)Problem: You cannot get a hold of tis company via email, or the customer service line provided to get the return shipping label. I am here 2 months later with zero follow back from the company and no way to communicate with them. If you read the reviews and how they have positioned their company, it is a scam.
