    On March 13, 2024 we brought our Husqvarna lawn tractor to Ace Power for service. On the 15th we were called and told that a new carburetor. On April 15th I called to inquire as to the status of the part. I was told then that the part was being shipped from ***** and would enter the ** the last week of April and then take 2 weeks to clear customs. I then called on the 14th of May to see if it had arrived and was told it wasn't shipped yet. The counter person said he'd call ****** to get further info. I waited 3 hours and then called Ace back and was told they were taking care of customers and hadn't made the call. What was I is not a customer? I told them my husband and I would come down to pick up our lawn tractor. Now I know that ********* was holding things up but, I was lied to when I was given the story that the part was on its way from ************ learned only buy USA made products. Thank you for listening to an elderly couple.
