  I walked into Designer Appliances in ********* this morning knowing exactly which GE gas range I was interested in. My salesperson, ****, was pleasant and knowledgeable and offered me a competitive price that met all of my requirements. I've bought several other appliances from Designer Appliances over the years and have always been pleased with their pricing, their in-store service, and the competence of the delivery/installation people.

  The Designer Appliances Sale **** ******** was very helpful in guiding us through the purchase of a replacement for a sub-zero under-counter refrigerator. The purchased unit come in ahead of schedule, which we appreciated. The installation team kept us updated on their timeline and were efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

  Terrible terrible terrible customer service. My sales rep, took my deposit in a second then was unresponsive. They finally schedule an onsite survey to measure appliance space and the contractor they use cant use a measuring tape. The survey report says I would have to make expensive modifications or pick another appliance I didnt think this made sense. I have a 30inch subzero now and Im buying the same. So I have my contractor come and realize they completely mismeasured. Never moved the range to see if the gas valve actually needed to be moved. This was the last straw. I asked for my deposit back. Instead of asking for my credit card number (they claim they didnt have it one file sure.) so instead they cut a check for my $12k deposit. Its 13 days later and havent received it. They are the worst company ever. Dont do business with them! There are much better option that are more customer service oriented and have better installers working for them.

  Horrible cusotmer service. I ordered a ******** Cook top, Wolf Wall Oven, and appropriate Exhaust hood. Cook Top and Double oven were fine. The Exhaust hood was incorectly ordered, What came in and delivered was totally insufficient for the cook top. I have now waited six weeks, for a replacement hood, and pick up of the incorrect hood. The sales person will not retun my phone calls, or emails. However they this company was very very quick to cash my check. I only next option is to take them to court.

  The absolute worst customer service experience should have known it the 1st day I entered their store . Had an apt and waited for over 30 min for someone to help me .. meanwhile * during my wait an upset costumer came in .. I stepped out in the parking lot for a moment when she was leaving and she told me of her horrible experience . When I went back into the store * sales rep brushed it off as her being a difficult costumer *.. fast forward I completely understand her frustration with this place .. photo is of an apartment refrigerator to suffice for my family until mine comes in *. So called High end appliance place and the best they can do is this tiny little fridge .. my sales rep * and she is nothing more than a *********** is very rude and lacks communication skills .. *** called and asked for manager several times ..with no answer or return call. And they charged my credit card without my authorization for a fridge they told me is a gift which I did not ask for or did not want !!! I am moving in a week and have no place to store my food ! ***** response is she is terribly sorry it does not suit my requirements .. seriously * I bought 40k in appliances and they cant pony up a full size fridge to loan me ? Also was never mentioned they would not install the appliances .. they just dropped them in my kitchen and left .. when I reached out to ***************** * no response but an email staying they would send someone. Okay cool ** then! A new invoice comes with charges for installation !!!! This place is disgusting !!!I would have used them for all my appliances needs in the future .. the lost me as a future customer and in real estate they will never get a Referal from me ever again ..
