    ***** from **** came out to check on a possible gas leak. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to resolve our issue quickly and efficiently. We have been **** customers for close to 20 years and the company is wonderful. ******* was a great technician! Thank you

    We just bought our house in December . In January, the heating system this company installed 11 months before started leaking . We called them to fix it since it was within warranty. They said the warranty doesn't transfer from one owner to the other and slapped us with a $3500 estimate ( without labor,parts details just "service" stated) besides the $125 house call to fix it. We got another company to fix it for a quarter of the estimate . I would not recommend this company that doesn't stand behind their services.

    **** and *** from C&C came to my home. Even though I called in the afternoon, they arrived a few hours later. Their demeanor was patient, kind, and understanding. More importantly, they were very knowledgeable about my problem. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, and neither should you.
