    I am writing to file a formal complaint against *************************** regarding multiple incidents of misconduct and mistreatment that I have experienced as an employee. The events in question took place on July 18th, 2024.I am alleging that *************************** engaged in the following actions:1. On 07/18/2024, I was subjected to simple assault and harassment by *************************** while holding my 2-year-old grandson, who has autism. The incident took place at ***************************************. The behavior exhibited was highly inappropriate and has caused me significant distress.2. Additionally, *************************** further escalated the situation by sending employees to intimidate and harass me down the block from the initial incident. (I have on video). This continued behavior created a hostile work environment and exacerbated the distress I was already experiencing.3. Furthermore, *************************** failed to issue my paycheck in a timely manner, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the check was subsequently canceled, leading to disruptions in my bank account and financial stability.I have taken steps to address these issues internally, but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I believe that the actions of *************************** are not only unethical but also potentially illegal.I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to investigate these matters and take appropriate action to address the misconduct of IvyleighLLC. I request that you look into this complaint and take any necessary steps to ensure that justice is served.I have emailed documentation supporting my claim. Please let me know if you require any additional information to proceed with the investigation.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
