    The company provides terrible customer service. I took my ********************** that is still under warranty, I took it for an ignition failure, it took them almost a month to diagnose it and then it took another month to receive the part and repair the failure. Then more than two months later they told me the motorcycle was ready. When I went to pick it up, it turns out that the motorcycle had some scratches on the exhausts, I asked them to leave and after they reviewed the video they did take responsibility for repairing the damage, but it turns out that to repair the two simple scratches they made on the exhausts, it has been two months and they are still not ready. They say that wherever they sent them to be painted, they painted them a different color, and then they sent them back to be painted correctly. My complaint is precisely about taking so long to repair something that should be simple and fast, they don't call you to inform you of the progress, but it is you who should call them or go directly to the dealer to find out about the case. Meanwhile, you lose time enjoying and using a vehicle for which you bought it. My bike has been at the dealer all summer and they don't care.

    C- is too generous, I had my 2013 Victory a CCT ****** (My Original Miles) dropped off for a major service on April 11 2024 with a detailed description of the issue (C clip) and provided all maintenance records on April 11 to authorize service was told they would begin diagnosing on April 15th 2024, received a call on May 15th that they needed $1800 for parts I asked for the total cost Motor Cycle Mall sent me the total cost of $4,985 I paid in full on May 16th, after several unreturned calls and emails of a status update, I finally received a response on June 7th that June 15th would be the pickup date barring any unforeseen circumstances. Called on the morning of June 15th and was told i would get a callback by 12:30pm no call back received I then went to the service department for answers and was told the mechanic wasnt working on Saturday I then asked to see my Bike and was finally admitted into the shop where my bike was completely dismantled and collecting dust in a corner of the shop. I asked again for completion date was then told June 28th 2024 2-1/2 Months into this. I called and sent a email to confirm completion and received no response, went to the service **** on the morning of June 29th and was told they had just started making repairs on June 28th 2024 with no explanation or reasoning for the delay, after a heated attempt for answers the service **** called ********************* to deescalate the situation : the service dep. was unable to give the ********************* any explanation or ETA for completion, After discussing my situation with the Belleville PD they understood and relayed to me that they asked for answers and did not receive one from the service . I then left with no answers or resolution. I expected this work to take 30 to 45 days as it is a major repair Never could conceive 2-1/2 to ? , the level of disrespect and lack off customer service is astounding. Asking for updates or some type of correspondence should be the rule not the exception.

    So freaking dangerous, avoid at all costs. Any reputable dealer gives their bikes a thorough check over before putting them on the forecourt. I drove to this shop from ************ on May 24,2024 to see a used 2014 *** K1300S that was advertised on the website with no specific warnings. When inspecting the bike, I asked to open the front brake fluid tank because I could not see the level, and realized that the tank was filled with a yellowish jelly!!! After I realized it, the manager started to hide behind the "buy as is" argument, and finally accepted to change the brake fluid and the clutch fluid to make the bike "road ready". When I asked for the cost of a routine maintenance based on the 5-year gap in service records (oil, final transmission shaft, coolant, ignition coils, valve clearance) this was an additional $2500. No need to say that I will never push that door again, because sadly there is no added value versus a private sale to go to this shop. What would have happened if an individual had just bought the bike without a minimal inspection? These guys just do not take the riders' safety seriously IMO.

    Horrible service! They forgot to put oil in my husbands bike and it ended up breaking down on the highway! Rather than trying to fix the situation, they denied it and said it didnt happen there. Stay away from this place and take your bikes to a reputable repair shop or dealerships.

    MONEY SCAMMER!!! I am writing about disgusting and nasty service I have experienced at MOTORCYCLE MALL, ********** **. The owner BIG **** down to the SERVICE MANAGER ****************** are horrible to deal with. The scenario was July 15 we dropped off the bike for diagnostic at MOTORCYCLE MALL, ********** **.

    Unfortunately my experience has not been the best as far as paperwork goes with this business. Its been 2 months and Im still getting ignored via emails and texts and when you call they say all the right things to make you feel as if your situation will be dealt with but thats far from the truth. ***** and ****** from the finance department have been playing with my paperwork and doing an excellent job at not communicating with me, so I have a brand new side by side with no papers, no title, no registration! All I have to show is a monthly ***** Its ridiculous how they have been handling me and not good customer service at all
